Large-Scale Live Painting

Your story has led you to where you are today - I think it’s important to capture as much of it as possible in your painting! Each step of creating your painting is thought out with you, making your piece a one-of-a-kind, meaningful heirloom that will tell your story for generations.

  1. Tell Me Your Story

The beauty of your painting begins even before a brush touches canvas. We’ll set up a phone call or in-person meeting at least 30 days before your event to chat about your story and all the details that makes your painting unique—even down to the song lyrics, Bible verse or vows written as the underpainting for your piece.

2. Time to Make Some Magic!

We’ll discuss all the details of your day during the initial call I mentioned before—but this is where the magic happens! I arrive at your event with the underpainting completed, ready to get started on your painting. I’ll snap a few reference photos, then your guests can watch your story come to life as I paint your masterpiece.

3.Happily Ever After

After your event, I’ll take your painting home to add the finishing touches! Then it’ll be varnished and prepped for delivery to you, either via shipping or pick-up!

    • TWO HOURS of live-painting (pose & layout determined beforehand, photo references taken on the day) on a 11×14” gallery-wrapped canvas

    • A digital photo album of the reference photos and any other photos taken

    Available Add-Ons…

    • Canvas Size Upgrade to 16×20” - $60

    • Add an hour (3 hours total) - $100

    • Oil Painting - $200

    • FOUR HOURS of live-painting (pose & layout determined beforehand, photo references taken on the day) on a 16×20” gallery-wrapped canvas

    • A digital photo album of the reference photos and any other photos taken

    • Canvas Size Upgrade to 18×24” - $60 (I do offer larger/different sizes too— just ask!)

    • Add an hour (5 hours total) - $100

    • Oil Painting - $260+ (may increase for larger canvases)

    • SIX HOURS of live-painting (pose & layout determined beforehand, photo references taken on the day) on an 16×20” gallery-wrapped canvas

  • In an effort to be as forward & transparent as possible, here are some details I think you ought to know before booking! If you have ANY questions at all, don’t hesitate to ask!

    • All large-scale live-painting packages are defaulted to be painted with acrylic paints at the size designated in the package description. Larger paintings or oil paintings are available as an add-on!

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your date.

    • I will get as much of your masterpiece done in the hired painting time as possible without compromising quality. Just keep in mind—the shorter the time or the larger the canvas, the less of the painting that will be completed at your event.
