Live Watercolor Guest Portraits
From 20 to 200 people, I am committed to making sure each one of your guests receives a little piece of hand-painted magic from your special day! I offer a variety of packages and customizable add-ons to accommodate almost every budget.
Our Process…
During the hired live-painting timeframe, your guests can approach our designated table to get their portraits painted! We’ll first snap a photo of your guests to use as reference. Two people per portrait max, one painting per guest.

2. They dance the night away!
I then complete the portraits in the order that the photos were taken. While guests wait for theirs to be completed, they can dance, mingle or just hang around! I try to complete as many portraits as I can in the timeframe I’m hired for (about 10 ink only portraits per hour & 6-8 full-color portraits per hour). If I don’t complete every guests portrait in the hired timeframe, I’ll be in touch with you about completing the additional portraits at my home studio and mailing them to you!
3. They pick up their portrait!
After each portrait is complete, they will be laid out on the table in front of me in a protective cellophane sleeve with the guest’s name on the back. They can pick them up anytime during your event! If any portraits are not picked up by the guests before I leave, they will be given to you to distribute!

This package includes…
TWO HOURS of live-painting 5×7” ink only guest portraits. This equates to about ~20 couple portraits (~12 full color portraits).
A digital photo album of the snapshots we take of your guests, sent to you after your event!
A 5×7” painting keepsake of the bride & groom (if booked for a wedding!) — this will be shipped 1-2 weeks after your event.

FOUR HOURS of live-painting 5×7” ink only guest portraits. This equates to about ~40 couple portraits (~25 full color portraits)
A digital photo album of the snapshots we take of your guests, sent to you after your event!
An 8×10” painting keepsake of the bride & groom (if booked for a wedding!) — this will be shipped 2-3 weeks after your event.

This package includes…
SIX HOURS of live-painting 5×7” ink only guest portraits. This equates to about ~60 couple portraits (~38 full color portraits)
A digital photo album of the snapshots we take of your guests, sent to you after your event!
An 11×14” painting keepsake of the bride & groom (if booked for a wedding!) — this will be shipped 2-3 weeks after your event.

In an effort to be as transparent as possible, here are some details I think you ought to know before booking!
Each watercolor guest portrait package is defaulted to include INK ONLY portraits to allow me to complete more paintings per hour. If you’d like FULL COLOR portraits, these are available as an add-on.
Note: Full-color portraits take me longer to do, resulting in less portraits completed in the hired time. The estimates provided in the package descriptions are there to give you an idea of about how many I can finish in that designated time.
Each watercolor portrait is hand-signed and dated on the back with the artist’s information
I work as efficiently as possible, but there’s a good chance that I won’t be able to paint all of your lovely guests at your event, especially if you have a large number of guests. But no fear! I offer an add-on option for me to finish the portraits at my home-studio and mail them to you— more details are provided in your contract about this!
