Ink-Only Portraits
Packages are defaulted to include ink-only portraits so I can finish as many portraits as I can in the scheduled time. Client is able to select a shadow color to match their event.
Full-Color Portraits
Full-Color watercolor portraits are available as an add-on to any package. Because these portraits take longer to complete, this option subtracts 10-12 portraits from the completed portrait estimate.

How far in advance do I need to book my date?
As a full-time artist, I also participate in numerous art festivals throughout the summer & fall seasons! I encourage booking as soon as possible to ensure your date is reserved and to prevent me booking a festival or another event for that date. I'm currently booking for fall/winter 2026 & all of 2027!
How do I book you?
Please reach out via the contact form below with your event date, location, and preferred package. To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking via credit card (a small fee applies), Venmo or Zelle (no fee), along with a signed contract. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your event. If preferred, you may also pay the full amount upfront.
Do you travel?
ABSOLUTELY! I love to travel, and I would be honored to travel wherever your special event is taking place to create some magic for you- nationally or internationally! Travel fees for airfare (or gas costs if driving) and accommodations will be discussed with you prior to booking and written in your contract/added to your final invoice. If you’re located within an hour of metro-Detroit, no travel fee will be charged!
Can I add time on at my event?
YES! Assuming I have no other prior commitments that day, if at your event you'd like me to stay longer, I'd be happy to! I charge $120 for each additional hour, due immediately at the event to extend the live-painting time.
What is your process for painting guest portraits live?
My guest-portrait painting process is one that, through quite a bit of experimentation, I find the best for your guests & myself!
1. The guest(s) will approach my table and my assistant will snap their photo! (2 people max per portrait, one per guest)
2. Based on the order that the photos are taken, I will paint your guests! They can dance the night away or mingle while their portraits are being completed.
3. As the portraits are completed, they will be laid out with the guest's name(s) on them for the guests to pick up whenever they please! Any portraits not picked up are given to the event host to distribute.
What if you don't finish all of the guest portraits you've taken photos for?
I work as hard as I can to finish as many guest portraits as possible during the scheduled & agreed upon timeframe in your contract! When that time is up, I will cease painting & place all finished portraits in a designated area for guests to retrieve. Any unfinished portraits will remain unfinished. HOWEVER, you can request to have those unfinished portraits completed at my home studio & mailed to you for an additional fee, as outlined in your contract.
